The Box Office
Our packages start at €450 for a Family Movie Night, priced for four guests, and range up to €1,950 for The Premiere, our flagship red-carpet production. Starlight for Two is €690, The Gathering is €850 for up to fourteen guests, and The Proposal is €1,250. Additional guests are €60 each — the same per-head rate as The Gathering, so there is never a cheaper way to bring more people. From nine guests upwards The Gathering is both the better evening and the better value. Final pricing depends on your location and any add-ons, and we always confirm the total in your personalised quote within 24 hours.
On Location
Yes. We deliver and set up at private villas, beachfronts, hotel terraces, rooftops and poolside locations anywhere on Crete. All we need is access to a standard power socket — we bring a 20-metre extension cable, so the screen goes where the view is best rather than where the plug happens to be. We arrive about 90 minutes before sunset and collect everything after the credits roll.
The Grand Gesture
Absolutely. Our Proposal package is designed for the moment of a lifetime. We style the scene with illuminated MARRY ME letters, rose petals, candles and champagne on ice, then play a film or message of your choice on the big screen. We work discreetly so your partner suspects nothing until the perfect moment arrives.
Weather the Storm
Crete's summer nights are warm and dry, but we keep a close eye on the forecast. If the weather turns against us, we simply rebook your screening to another evening at no extra cost. Your booking is flexible, so you never lose out.
The Island
We deliver across all of Crete, including Chania, Apokoronas, Rethymno, Heraklion, Gouves, Elounda, Agios Nikolaos and the surrounding villages. Free delivery within 20km of base, with a modest fee further out, confirmed in your personalised quote.
The Comparison
You could — and you would spend your holiday evening untangling cables, fighting glare on a bedsheet and listening through phone speakers. We bring a cinema-bright projector, a giant screen, true cinema sound, styled seating, popcorn and a host — then make it all disappear. You get the memory; we do the work.
The Programme
Almost always yes. You choose the film — a classic, a new release, a family favourite, even your own wedding video or a personal montage. We advise on the simplest licensing-safe way to screen your choice when we confirm your booking, and we handle all the technical setup on the night.
Leave No Trace
We are guests in your villa's story, not intruders. Nothing is fixed, drilled or moved without care; our kit is free-standing and runs from a single household socket, and we pack every last kernel of popcorn away before midnight. A quick heads-up to your villa owner or manager is polite — many of them are our partners and love it.
The Fine Print
No deposit is taken until your date is confirmed, and you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your evening. If the weather turns, we rebook you at no cost. In short: the only thing you risk by enquiring is discovering your villa's best-kept secret.
