Terms of Service

Starlight Cinema Crete provides private open-air cinema experiences — equipment, styling, setup, hosting and removal — at villas, beaches and other locations across Crete, as described in your booking confirmation.

An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Your date is confirmed when we say so in writing and any agreed deposit is received; no deposit is taken before confirmation. Prices are in euros and are confirmed in your personalised quote before you commit.

You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled evening. Within 48 hours, we may retain any deposit to cover committed costs. If weather prevents your screening, we will rebook you to another available evening at no extra cost — this is our weather promise.

You are responsible for ensuring we may set up at your chosen location (for example, that your villa owner or manager permits it) and for providing access. Film content is selected by you and played from your own account or media; you are responsible for having the right to view it. We are happy to advise on licensing-safe options.

Equipment remains our property and is operated by our team. We take every care with your location and guests; our liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by Greek law. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Questions: hello@starlightcinemacrete.com.
