Starlight Cinema Crete ("we", "us") provides private open-air cinema experiences across Crete, Greece. This policy explains what personal information we collect through starlightcinemacrete.com and how we use it. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@starlightcinemacrete.com.

When you enquire or book, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, preferred dates, the area of Crete you are staying in, your home country, party size, occasion, and any message you write. We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quote, and deliver your evening.

If you join our waitlist or founding guest list, we use your email to tell you about available dates and launch news. Every such email includes a way to opt out.

If you apply to our partner programme, we collect your business details to set up and manage the partnership, including calculating referral commissions.

We also record how visitors reach our site (for example, whether an enquiry came from a search engine or a social link) to understand which of our marketing works. This uses link parameters, not invasive tracking.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers who host our website and deliver our email, who process it only on our instructions. We do not send marketing to enquirers who have not asked for it.

Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as needed to provide our service and meet legal obligations, then deleted. You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — email hello@starlightcinemacrete.com and we will respond promptly.
